Job Summary:
To assist the Operations team and provide administrative support in the execution of the shows. To ensure that the customer is at the heart of every decision
Accountabilities:
Administration
Administer the stand plan process for all shows.
Attendance Records for Ops Department
Keep IOSH training up to date
Ordering of items for department including but not exclusive to Radios, RX IT on-site equipment, Contractor Passes, Gangway/flutter tape etc
Arrange team meetings as required
Manage all show inboxes and respond as required
Manage all exhibitor list distribution
Co-ordinate H&S files
Maintain and update all show manuals
Book travel and hotels for the team as required
Process improvement
Identify process that damage the customer experience or hinder our ability to provide first class customer service and escalate to HoO with suggestions as appropriate
Ensure training, process and best practice is adhered to
Ensure information is captured and communicated in accordance with standards and reporting requirements
Challenge variations in process across shows and suggest improvements to gain efficiencies
Information Analysis
Ensure that all queries are categorised appropriately in order that management reporting be accurate.
Ad hoc analysis of email traffic to identify trends or patterns that can be used to implement change
Other Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be a bachelor's degree graduate
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Project management skills
Proficient in using MS Office Applications
