Job Description
About the role:
Review the completeness and accuracy of the submitted documents and follow the steps needed to request and/or follow up of the required documents.
Check for the eligibility requirements based on the product design and determine if pass or fail.
Identify, encode, and distribute the transaction to the appropriate team that would handle the transaction.
Respond to request for documents and distribute as needed.
Prepare and request for benefit payouts
Call out to different facilities and/or institutions to conduct verifications.
Conduct identity verifications.
Follow document retention policies and retrieve documents upon request.
Prepare reports as needed.
Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
Perform any other task as required
Position requirements:
At least one (1) year insurance background
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and work in minimal supervision
