Job Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Operations Department by achieving the following duties:
Receive business-related calls
Check sales orders
Prepare a delivery schedule with proper coordination with customers and peers
Print necessary documents such as delivery receipts and invoices
Assist in releasing of items
Generate reports
Give support on other department-related tasks
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
Required skills(s): Computer literate, organized, and with good oral, and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Efficient, Fast-Learner, and Proactive. Can work with minimal supervision.
Must be residing in Quezon City or near the office location
