Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Provides whatever work-related support that the Operations Manager may require such as:
Administration duties for Operations department
Cover on-site yard duty for Operations Manager in his absence
Preparing Monthly PSO/Timesheet for Drillers
General documentation, paperwork and monitoring
Manage accommodation requests and booking for drillers/engineers
Ensures that all paperwork and regulatory requirements when required
Issues reports, receipts, and other tracking documents for documentary purposes
Support Internal or External visits (i.e. Director or others)
Performs other adhoc administrative and management tasks as required by supervisor and management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 2-3 years work experience as Operations Administrative Assistant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Must be resourceful, detail-oriented and has good negotiation skills
Knowledge of the MS Office suite
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken)
Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
