Eano's Operations Support role is a purely administrative role that requires extensive detail-orientedness and organization. The main tasks involve email management, chat support, manual push notification to the right stakeholders, and calendar management.
Inbox management and push the emails to the right stakeholders to reply
Calendar management in assigning the right meeting links and organizing double bookings or overlap client bookings to the right sales operations member
Manual push notification in notifying the right stakeholders to update the statuses of their projects in the system
Chat support for questions of leads and existing clients
Requirements
Willing to work between 12mn to 9am Philippine Time (Non-negotiable and full time) California work hours will be followed
Must be available to work 6days a week (rotational shift schedule)
Must have an existing work-from-home setup (stable and fast internet connection, video camera, and headset)
Proper English grammar is required
Architectural and engineering background is a plus
Home renovation/construction experience is also a plus
Google Suite experience (Sheets, Gmail, Presentation, Docs, etc.)
Zoom tools usage experience
Inbox management experience using proper tools
Calendar management experience for multiple stakeholders using proper tools
