As a Senior Operational Trainer, you will train talented individuals and exceptional professionals! This a great opportunity to effective the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 5 Organization. We're looking for individuals who keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This will encompass training of one functional area such as Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process and training material as needed. We are looking for someone who has extensive work experience in a highly matrix organization across multiple functions. When not in training you will assist the manager of the department with department activities and act as a resource to the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver/facilitate end to end RCM Academy training for New Hires
Deliver new hire and incumbent job specific training using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness, basis approved standardized curriculum
Conduct weekly/monthly RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to determine area of opportunities and thereby induce action plan to improve performance
Deliver ongoing refresher training based on development needs
Getting Train the Trainer Certified by the OGA Team
Measuring and tracking pre and post training performance
Tracking assessment scores
Organize, coordinate, and communicate training programs for the business
Provide constructive feedback to trainees on regular basis
Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
Liaison with operational team to update training materials as needed
Manage end to end knowledge transfer (learn the process, get certified, prepare daily/weekly dashboards etc.) for any new business/ramp ups
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
At least 2nd year college
3+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics
Minimum 3 years of RCM experience (Hospital or Rx) and 2 years of AR Collections experience
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting
Open to work from office
