Position Overview
The application Operations Support Analyst provides support for applications used by Insight teammates. Support includes acting as the liaison between the business and the vendor addressing issues as they arise, onboarding/training new users, maintaining the back-end tables, etc. Additional responsibilities include maintaining information needed for applications, assisting with ad hoc reporting from the tools, collaborating with vendor application support team(s) to document processes, and working on additional projects for the Product Manager, as needed.
The incumbent will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of custom Excel/PowerBI reporting to support Insight business needs for application data.
The incumbent should bring an established background in Microsoft Office Applications including: SharePoint Online, advanced Excel proficiency and experience building complex reporting (preferably in PowerQuery), and Word. The desire to continue personal education in related areas such as business and process improvement is also nice to have.

Essential Functions of the Job:
The Operations Support Analyst may provide some or all of the tasks below:
Application Support:
Act as liaison with application vendor (submit tickets when necessary, work with vendor on fixes)
Provide user management, adding and removing users as needed (to applications and the DGs)
Act as primary support for users, addressing issues as they are reported
Create/update training/support documents
Create/update process documents (for application support team)
Onboard new users, providing training information and live sessions when needed.
Maintain back-end tables for application automation (, Vendor and AE drop-down lists, State/Federal Contract list, etc.).
Work with application vendors/internal stakeholders to create/update reports for users.
Assist users with ad hoc reporting from applications.
Assist with UAT/Prod testing of application software
Set up test pursuits (from ClientLink, Qorus, or CPQ applications)
Assist with testing bug fixes
Create and maintain Excel based reports
Link multiple data sources and
Use Power Query to clean and modify data
Produce a variety of outputs, including table, pivots, and graphs
Enable reports to be self-serve, using Macros and buttons
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide application support for Content Managers and tool integrations (ClientLink, SSR, CPQ tool)
Provide support for additional projects for the Product Manager, as needed.
Perform tests for ClientLink DG changes (Pre-Sales support)
Add SAP Sold To's, when manual updates needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience: An Associate's degree in a business or IT related field preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in support operations, technical support, and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficient computer skills (experience with Office Products: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerQuery, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels in the organization
Ability to collaborate with internal teams in order to obtain information needed to complete tasks
