Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Customs Administration or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Has strong communications capabilities
Has sales experience
Job Description
Responsible for placing orders to principals (overseas); subcontractors and local suppliers
Monitor deliveries - indent & local delivery
Coordinate with broker for indent/local delivery
Communicate with sales in-charge for coordination with customers
Coordinate with the supplier for the release of shipping documents, BL, packing list, letter of instructions, etc.
Coordinate with internal department to ensure shipments are consistent with customer requirements, to support the timely delivery of orders.
Manages all activities related to IMPEX transactions
Will be in charge of PEZA and BOC transactions
Getting contact and business from local importers and exporters;
Present Sinotrans (Philippines) Inc to potential clients.
Collecting market information;
Assist to do the business operation;
