Operation ManagerSOFITEC CORP

· 3-5 years of experience in sales operation.
· A university degree in Business Administration, commerance, management, industrial technology or Mechanical engineering
· Product experience in packaging & industrial machinery is a plus.
· Knows how to manage employees, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies and many other facest of business
· Strong understanding of high level stategic direction and sales goals.
· Communication skills foe effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management.
· Has strong leadership and skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
· Familiarity with databases and sales software tools
