Duties:
Assistant to General Manager and Fujifilm Philippines Associate
Assist with Promotional events and ideas & execution.
Order, keep neat and organize promotional items.
Track purchases & costs.
Event Planning assistance and coordination
Perform a variety of regular tasks to facilitate a well-organized office.
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Multi tasker
Organized with work
Pleasing personality
Can handle/ communicate with people
Willingness to perform a variety of jobs as requested.
Ability to Multi-task and organize ongoing projects, looking for ways to become more efficient in completing tasks
