MINIMUM JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Shifting Schedule
- Customer Service Representative (SALES ADS ACCOUNT)
- Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Completed at-least 2 yrs. In college
2. Call center job experience is an advantage but it's not required just preferably
3. At least 1yr. of SALES, SALES ADS CAMPAIGN, B2B SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience in a BPO and/or SHARED SERVICE ENVIRONMENT
4. OPEN FOR NO BPO EXPERIENCE - But with At least 2 years Experience in Sales, Advertising/Marketing
5. Account Management Experience is a plus
6. Strong Verbal and Written English Communications Skills
7. Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
8. Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics
9. Familiarity with online advertising products and services
10. Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
11. Can WORK on site in MAKATI CITY / Rest assured that Security & Health is topnotch in the work place, Social Distancing, Sanitation, Mask and Face-shield are required.
