Conceptualizes, develops, and executes marketing campaigns for Shopee Mall Brands
Responsible for achieving all job scope KPIs and targets
Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns
Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Business Development, Design, and Operations
Reports to Onsite Marketing Campaigns Sub-Lead
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of work experience
Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meets all deadlines
Displays ownership over one's work. Be accountable and responsible for all deliverables
Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
Able to be creative operationally and strategically
Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves
Attentive to details, has a growth mindset and be a team player
