ONLINE SHOPPING ASSOCIATE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes online orders promptly and ensures that customers receive their purchases on time
Responds to inquiries, resolves issues, and answers questions about products or services
Keeps track of inventory levels, restocking products, and ensuring they're available for purchase
Creates accurate and appealing product listings to highlight product features and benefits and attract customers
Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote the e-commerce store and encourage sales
Ensures that the e-commerce website is up-to-date, easy to navigate, and functional
Analyzes website and sales data to identify trends, make informed business decisions, and optimize performance
Coordinates with shipping partners to ensure destinations are correct and deliveries are on time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors' degree in Business Administration
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media, e-mail marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
Proficiency in using software to purchase online
Ability to resolve technical issues relating to the online platform or website
Excellent communication skills to provide high-quality customer service and collaborate successfully with team members
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues relating to orders, payments, or other customer concerns
This position is required to be on-site.
