- At least 1 year of sales, collections, or customer retention experience in a BPO and/or shared services environment
- Account management experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
