Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Familiar with basic internet-related functions such as Browser-based software Chat functions Social Media (like Viber, Messenger or Facebook) Email
Knowledge of how to use Excel including basic formulas Sum Average Vlookup
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Perform one or more of various office-based functions related to the company's online sales operations assigned by his / her head:
Conducts Inventory Stocks Monitoring and Purchase Order.
Regular online engagement with Customers through online channels.
Management of site content and product details.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Answers online inquiries such as Browser-based software Chat functions, Social Media (like Viber, Messenger or Facebook) Email
With experience in uploading and selling items at LAZADA, SHOPEE, CAROUSEL and other online selling platform
As other duties assigned by Online Sales Supervisor
