JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage localization initiatives for digital given demand in order to expand digital communication quickly.
Spearhead e-commerce business - online marketing, increase visits, and its operations.
Achieving monthly sales targets of all e-commerce platforms during campaigns & BAU executions.
Monitoring Market trends and providing regular competitor feedback, key accounts analysis and presentations to trade
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell, cross-sell potential & brand partnerships
Developing and managing a portfolio of online Key Accounts
Coordinating pre-campaign preparations and post-sales follow up
In-charge of planning, implementation and execution of mobile contents for web-based collaterals.
Spearhead all digital SEO/SEM marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Performance assessment and monitoring of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
JOB QUALIFICATION
BS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with landing pages and user funnels optimization
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the newest online marketing and assessment patterns and best practices.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
