About the Role
Online Marketers are NON-VOICE AGENTS responsible for providing excellent online sales, a great customer service experience, and assistance via chat/email. You will respond to chat or email inquiries, other customer service concerns and meet the expected KPI. Data processing tasks might be required and perform other tasks assigned by the management when necessary. A specific and thorough discussion of the job description will be discussed once interviewed.
Responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand
Generate interest in the products and services of the company
Demonstrate creativity and ensure the online image of the business is effective and attracts customers
Have knowledge of digital marketing tactics, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent writing skills
Should be able to multitask well and display creativity
