Basic job description:
Teach the English language to non-native speakers
Prepare lessons and materials in advance
Assist students in developing their writing and speaking skills
Evaluate student progress through daily, weekly and monthly reports
Technical Requirements:
• A desktop or laptop
o Operating System: Windows 10 or above or Mac
o CPU: Intel Core i5 and above / AMD A Series A8 7500 and above / AMD Ryzen
o Memory: At least 8GB of RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space available
• A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam (with at least 720p resolution)
• A wired or wireless Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps (DSL or Fiber only)
• A quiet room/space at home to conduct online teaching free of noise and distractions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/College Degree, (priority will be given to graduates from 2018-2021)
• Good English Communication Skill (verbal and written)
• ESL experience is NOT required (we will train you)
• Candidates must have a good sense of professionalism and a strong sense of commitment
• Excellent attendance record
• Willing to be trained and open to constructive criticism
• Can handle work challenges and job pressure
