The community manager will promote the shared interest and brand values across community members, partners, and stakeholders. This is primarily a remote and work-from-home role.
Overview of responsibilities:
Develop the community by participating in discussions, finding new members and customers and listening to the current ones.
Be the community ambassador and first point of contact, engaging with potential members/customers and building relationships with existing ones.
Establish community guidelines and regulate content to adhere to guidelines and policies.
Seek and nurture members
Find and onboard partners who can provide the information, content, and training needs of the community.
Develop engaging content including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos
Requirements:
A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field may be required.
5+ years experience with starting and growing an online community on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube is essential.
5+ years experience managing online postings on different platforms.
Knowledge on Facebook Audience and Analytics, Ads targeting, and other FB tools
At least 3 years experience managing social media platforms.
Superb time management skills.
