Job Summary * Reports directly to the Senior Social Media Strategist
Assist in managing existing social media properties/accounts.
Actively engage with the social media audience
Gives recommendations to further improve the company's social media presence
Main Duties and Responsibilities * Work Very Closely With Senior Social Media Strategist In Planning, Coordinating, And Executing Campaigns Leveraging Social Media
Assist in overseeing all social media channels of The V:
Facebook: The V, VTube+, Chief Pathman Senathirajah
Instagram: @thev_official, @thevchief
Twitter: @thev_official
Work with other team members in generating shareable daily content that builds engagement
Manage daily posting of content including (but not limited to) holiday banners, birthday banners, promo materials, and event materials
Ensure consistent branding is reflected in all social media channels
Coordinate With Sr. Social Media Strategist To Manage Social Media Content Relevant To The V Brand
Build Meaningful Connections and Encourage Community Members to Take Action
Moderate comments and replies section in all platforms
Respond to inquiries via FB Messenger and Instagram DM in a timely manner
Stays Current with Social Media Trends and Practices
Makes sure that The V stays on top of emerging trends
Performs Other Duties That may be Assigned
Extensive experience in handling social media channels of different brands
In-depth knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and audiences
Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proactive in problem solving and able to work under own initiatives
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
