What You'll Do:
Onboarding
Facilitates the tutors' onboarding to their chosen program.
Assesses new tutors' readiness for the evaluation through practice lesson/s and/or onboarding session/s.
Provides utmost support and guidance until the new tutors' evaluation.
Tutor Monitoring
Tracks the status of tutors in the specified ESL service program and provides utmost guidance and support as needed.
Monitors and responds to all concerns/inquiries sent by tutors via Skype, SMS, and email.
Other tasks/projects which may be assigned.
What You Should Have:
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Education
With a background in teaching and training
Proficient in both oral and written English
Proficient in MS Office
Not required, but very useful:
TESOL Certification
Note: Please be advised that this is a Full-time Office-based position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
What You'll Get:
At least PHP 18,000 starting gross monthly salary, depending on skills and assessment results
Additional PHP 2,000 work-from-home allowance
Work from Home arrangement until December 2023
