Onboarding and Support Associate Specialist include but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
Communicating with teammates to diagnose problems.
Quickly understand different accounting system setup and process flow.
Talking with teammates through the process of fixing technical issues.
Prioritizing workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
Documenting common support procedures that coworkers can follow.
Providing excellent support remotely.
Support Customer Success Leads function to ensure new customers are systematically introduced into the system and begin to realize value as rapidly as possible.
Train new staff members.
Other tasks assigned by the Client Success Manager/ Onboarding and Support Specialist Team Lead.
Onboarding and Support Associate Specialist include but are not limited to:
0 - 3+ years' experience in a technology-related field
Undergrad / Associate / Bachelor's Degree in a technology or business-related field
- Preferably with previous experience in a technical support role or equivalent, BPO / helpdesk / customer service experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal - able to convey difficult instructions and explanations.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to build relationships and proactive engagement.
- Ability to manage/multi-task multiple actions across assigned tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and high willingness to learn.
- Open to flexible shift assignments.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and across departments.
- A fast learner, able to adapt to change quickly, and able to align with the business direction.
- Willing to work on a nightshift schedule / shifting schedule.
