Administrative Assistant - Work From Home
Must be in Cebu City
Rate: PHP 175/hr, and earn up to 30,000 PHP +/month
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize sheets
Prepare and edit contracts and service agreements
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Reply to emails from applicants and provide them with instructions.
Assist the Recruitment team in updating records in a timely manner and in real-time
Provide general support to the Recruitment team
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
