Toyota Mobility Solutions is looking for an On-Demand Shuttle Business Associate to join our Mobility Solution Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
An On-Demand Shuttle Business Associate is a member the team who handles the business development and operations management of the On-Demand Shuttle services to our client.
You are tasked to develop the business unit, improving its existing services, and expand the mobility solutions we can offer to our clients. You will also oversee the operations of the business unit, ensuring quality customer service and efficient business transactions.
In this role, you are will directly coordinate with our business partners and client, providing information about the company and its mobility services.
Your role and responsibilities:
Business development and operations management of the logistics services of Toyota Mobility Solutions.
Coordinate with service providers and internal personnel, ensuring efficient and quality customer service and transactions.
Generate reports and conceptualize recommendations to improve of the business units performance and services.
Provide information about the business units services to business partners and clients.

You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent fields with a strong focus on business development and operations management.
You are able to multitask and coordinate with different personalities.
You have the ability to take the right call, both for the company and the customer.
You have the ability to say No to stakeholders without compromising the relationship.
You have a good understanding of the people; you can pick up customer needs and provide product knowledge quickly.
You are have the ability to take projects from concept to implementation.
You can deal with ambiguity; objection handling.
