Job Duties:
To check the blood pressure and perform health check interview to patients who will be inoculated.
To check temperature of patients and ensure that declared statement in the application forms matches the actual health check interview / screening result.
Records the patients' vital signs, status and make recommendations as necessary.
Ensure to update and submit reports on time.
Endorses patient who qualify through the screening to next stage of inoculation process.
To take on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a pre-medical degree holder, or degree in nursing or midwife.
Candidate must be amenable to On-Call Basis and Contractual Basis
Candidate must be readily available for deployment.
Candidate must be amenable to work in MOA - Pasay
Candidate must be a registered medical doctor, registered nurse and midwife with RHU
Candidate must have certificate of registration (accomplished 2303 BIR form)
Candidate must have "Professional Tax Receipt"
