Job Responsibilities
Answer all phone calls received.
Provide skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care to patients in the home setting.
Educate family members to provide care for patients as indicated.
Maintain up-to-date patient records so that problems, goals and interventions are accurately and clearly stated and changes are reflected as they occur.
Complete and submit patient's documentation to the company after the on call duty.
Accept referrals for new patients in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Communicate regularly with the company to review problems or unique issues from on-call hours
Perform specific assignments as directed
Requirements
Proven nursing experience
Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Compassionate with good communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
BS or diploma in nursing
Licensed Nurse with valid PRC ID
At least 1 year experience in telemedicine
Computer literate, with fast, accurate typing skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
