JOB PURPOSE:
The OmniRetail Executiveis responsible for the end-to-end management of different Modern Trade (MT) customers/accounts.
JOB SUMMARY
Growth Mindset -Must use data and customer engagement to actively hunt for growth opportunities and must act on it accordingly to drive growth
Operational and Executional Rigor - Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account's strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever's strategy and business priorities in the channel.
Customer Relationship - Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and has the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel
Work Collaboratively -Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Preferably with Account Management/ sales experience, or has worked in Unilever Customer Development
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Strong operational skills
Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for action
Can drive and work on a field based role within Greater Manila Area (GMA).
