ABOUT THE ROLE:
The OKTA Security Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions utilizing OKTA technology. This role's expertise and implementation experience will be crucial in helping clients enhance their security posture and streamline their authentication processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you'll get to...
collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design OKTA-based identity and access management solutions tailored to their needs
develop comprehensive architectural plans and technical designs for OKTA implementations, including user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access policies
lead the implementation and configuration of OKTA products, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems and applications
provide guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams on best practices for OKTA architecture, security, and identity management
conduct assessments of clients' current IAM infrastructure, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them using OKTA solutions
stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in OKTA technology and proactively incorporate them into solution designs
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of OKTA projects
perform other duties as needed by the role
REQUIREMENTS:

have at least 5 years of proven experience as an OKTA Architect, designing and implementing OKTA-based solutions
have bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
posses comprehensive understanding of OKTA's services and integration features, including but not limited to:
OKTA OIE
OKTA Universal Directory
OKTA Lifecycle Management
OKTA Adaptive Multi-factor Authentication
OKTA API Access Management
OKTA Access Gateway
Workday
ServiceNow
Splunk
have the ability to leverage OKTA APIs for custom integrations and solutions
posses solid understanding of identity management and security policy concepts, protocols, and best practices
be proficient in integrating OKTA with various types of applications (SaaS, on-prem, mobile), as well as directories (like Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Google, and LDAP)
be experienced with SSO protocols: such as SAML expressions, OIDC configurations and OAth
be experienced with implementing SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication using OKTA
have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
be excellent in oral and written English communications
have proven consulting, leadership, and client relationship skills
have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
be willing to install and use a time keeping software while performing the work for the team
be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform the work from there
be willing to work for 40 hours per week during US Pacific timezone (8am - 5pm PST) or during client hours as required

This is a remote (work from home) FULL TIME job.
