Job Responsibilities:
Submit prescreened candidates to client's partners within 48 hours.
Provide Client management team with a written status update within forty-eight (48) hours as to the ability, or lack of, to provide necessary submittals to the designated order.
Handle multiple administrative task that would be related but not limited to:
Information System Management daily, to ensure cases are received, assigned and imported.
Case verification and data management
Responsible for transmittal requests and transmittal discrepancies.
Prepare and submit application documents when client partners requested.
Ensure all technical tasks including billing errors are addressed and managed to avoid billing issues
Assisting HR with clerical duties
Job Qualification:
Experience or knowledge of the health care/therapy industry
1 year of BPO experience; with inbound call exposure.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems - familiarity with the use of MS excel.
Technologically proficient.
Can work on graveyard shift
Amenable to work on-site, specifically in Mandaluyong City.
Urgent and professional.
