Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Discipline
At least 5 years of solid technical recruitment background.
Must have a good understanding of technology and technical role and IT Terminology
Significant experience in successful sourcing and selection for a wide variety of niche positions
Proven ability to partner with Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies to meet hiring demands today and set us up for the future
Success in using advanced sourcing techniques for niche searches; Boolean, LinkedIn, etc.
Good team player, collaborative, and eager to share industry knowledge and best practices
Resourceful, creative, and tenacious
Proven to be structured and organized. You must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about providing high-quality output consistently.
Proactive and self-motivated. You are eager to find and execute ways to improve our process and make it more applicant-centric
Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation
Australian market experience is a Huge advantage
