The Sales Support Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.
MIS Automation/Process Efficiency:
Consolidate, standardize and improve existing MIS reports and develop efficient MIS platform through SAS, Access SQL and Excel VBA.
Perform other activities such as MIS report generation and development.
Enhancing the Strategic Planning Capability of the team:
Create and maintain sales performance database as well as providing the value-added analysis and consolidated MIS reports.
Productivity Analysis:
Analyze sales productivity of each channel from the existing MIS reports and propose opportunities for improving the productivity.
Management Reports:
Prepare periodic Sales MIS and analysis for management presentation based on current trends
Sales Optimization:
Come up with different monitoring tools that will help optimize digital leads
Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant experience
Previous banking/analytics experience preferred
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
