1. Leads Generation: Initiates prospect/customer generating activities for Lubeserv (Workshop & On-Wheels)
2. Establishes and maintains business relationships through effective selection of and communication with customers
3. Creates and designs programs to increase the sales or customer base of the LubeServ
Success in the role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Prepares and coordinate sales related communications and collaterals to the different stakeholders
2. Maintains an extensive account management of the key accounts for LubeServ
2.1 Generates leads by identifying potential key accounts
2.2 Conceptualizes and implements approved sales activities
2.3 Contributes to the achievement of the volume and margin targets of the Lubeserv by generating sales from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
2.4 Acts as an intermediary between SEAOIL LubeServ and key accounts to assess, validate, resolve customer concerns, and meet the customers' expectations
3. Manages the online bookings and chat box messaging of LubeServ-On-Wheels, including LubeServ Workshops when available
4. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any course (open to other courses but preferably Business degree or Engineering/Technical degree)
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales for services (B2B or B2C)
Proven track record in Accounts Management and Business development
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
Highly adaptive to a dynamic sales and marketing environment
Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others
Willing to be assigned in Telabastagan, San Fernando, Pampanga
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
