Job Description :
System Data Entry
Assists customer orders and inquiries
Order/Stocks Replenishment
Report variances and correction of stock qty
Collections of due accounts
Deposit Collections (cash and checks)
Monitoring of customer orders/coordination with customers for pick-up of ordered items
Monitoring of Accounts Receivables / Monthly Report
Petty Cash Monitoring and Replenishments
Monitoring of Office Supplies and other needs of the Depot
Processing of Permits and Licenses
Building monitoring of rental payment and tenant concerns
Requirements :
Graduate of any Business course
experience in sales analysis
Good at office work, familiar with report preparation, memo, and business correspondence.
With good analytical skills.
Proficient in excel and office applications.
With good communication skills both written and oral
With good interpersonal skills
Experience as Marketing Head or in the sales-marketing field is an advantage but not necessary
Good attention to details
With good EQ ethical and professional behavior
Can work with minimum supervision
Strong leadership abilities and management skills
Willing to be assigned R. Magsaysay Ave. Davao City
