Job Description
Must have a complete knowledge on the recipe : production, preparation and quality, costing and packaging procedures.
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Collaborates with Marketing Department.
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Creates manpower schedule according to budget.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensures completeness of store's mandated permits in a timely manner
Analyzes factors affecting sales and determine moving forward action plans to augment any decline in targets
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction thereby enforcing quality standards are always met.
Manages store profitability by ensuring that inventory management are in place. Takes accountability in all variances.
For customer complaints and concerns, Store Manager must practice the initial process in a professional manner and according to Service Recovery Procedure
Assists in the running of company-wide incentive programs
Complies with the Store Visit Audit Form and take action when necessary. During Graded Audit, the store must have a passing score of 90% and above
