Specification: * Bachelor's Degree in Education or any Health Sciences Profession Education, Educational Technology
2 years of experience in handling blended or online classes, or considerable administrative and supervisory experiences in designing, developing and implementing digital or online base instructions, experience in providing and facilitating training on the integration of technology into the teaching-learning activities. Experience in VLE content management.
Demonstrated knowledge of methodologies in relation to use of technology, ability to evaluate online instructions and make recommendations for improvement. Considerable knowledge of computers, virtual learning platform, multimedia, web-technologies and trends in online instruction. Demonstrated an ability to work collaboratively with Colleges/Departments, ability in developing and facilitating training and workshops, proven ability in planning, developing and implementing projects. Excellent organizational skills including scheduling, keeping deadlines, record keeping and meeting goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
