Position Objective:
Leverage on data to safeguard the bank's compliance to internal and external policies and regulations
Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely data and insights to address control, compliance, or regulatory-related requirements
Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank's internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools
Develop and provide business reports, that help the business leaders/product managers monitor their business key performance indicators against goals
During compliance and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes
Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated
Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any
Job Skills Required
Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline like Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics
Experience on data mining, MIS production, data analysis is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge in coding and statistical languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, R etc.
Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with high integrity
