Job Description
The CPD Training Administrator is responsible for:
All administration aspects of Client's Institute's online learning platform
Providing support to corporate and individual users of the platform.
Resolving all issues including user access and technical queries.
Delivering on project tasks assigned as part of the online learning platform project team.
Back-up for Client's Institute team The role is designed to assist Client's Institute to meet their revenue goals while providing high levels of customer service and quality learning experiences for clients.
Online learning platform Administration
Provide online learning service and support to B2B clients, B2C clients, and individual users. Responsible for all administration aspects of the online learning platform, to ensure an outstanding user/client experience.
Creation, maintenance, and suspension of user accounts on Radar
Resolving duplication of accounts.
Setup of organisations and tenancies on the online learning platform.
Training of Radar new users including production of user guides and videos.
Development and maintenance of the online learning platform full manual for in-house use.
Identification of gaps in training content and suggest suitable training material for those gaps.
Uploading content (resources, courses, programmes, professional development plans (PDPs), continuing professional development (CPD) records, latest news section, etc.).
Performance Indicators
Service and support provided meets the service level agreement with clients and users.
All users trained and able to use the online learning platform successfully.
Content uploaded to the platform correctly and within two business days.
Creation, maintenance, and suspension of accounts are completed within one business day.
Platform improvements are identified and communicated to the Service Delivery Manager and Head of Institute.
Regularly undertake training on new functionality and features of the platform.
User Support
Provision of online support and help, plus answer all phone/email queries from users.
Resolve user issues such as password resets, access issues, etc.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Delivery Manager/Head of Institute
Indicators
Support queries are acknowledged within one working day and resolution provided in a timely manner.
Invoicing of the online learning platform
Invoicing for new online learning platform subscriptions.
Tracking online learning platform subscriptions and ensuring ongoing payment and continuation of users.
Follow up on outstanding payments as per company policy and procedure
Performance Indicators
All invoices are accurate and issued within one business day.
All users contacted prior to subscription expiry regarding renewal and invoices sent a minimum of one month prior to expiry of account.
Maintaining correct and accurate timesheets for support hours.
Other CPD-related Tasks
Issue of CPD certificates for those attending professional development days, conferences, or courses.
Organising and promotion of training webinars (through online learning platform).
Indicators
Accurate and correct CPD certificates issued to attendees within two business days of close of event.
Other Duties
Assist in regular platform updates and other online learning platform projects.
Back up for Client's Institute team.
Any other tasks as required.
Qualifications
Experience with online learning platforms (preferably Totara-based).
A good background in remote client support and client service delivery.
Strong knowledge of setting up, managing, and supporting courses online
Experience in, and knowledge of, the New Zealand financial services industry would be beneficial.
Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and English-writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professional and strong work ethics.
