OFFICE STAFF
Minimum Job Requirements:
Receptive to instruction.
Must be a team player.
Must have good personal relationship skills.
Accounting background preferred but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft word and excel.
Willing to do field work and interact with other offices.
Work experience in secretarial and/or administrative work is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the accountant with accounting procedures and compliances.
Assist in handling client payments and firm expenses.
Assist in general administrative operations/requirements of the law firm.
Perform field work in furtherance of the above duties and responsibilities.
Perform other tasks requested by the accountant and lawyers.
Salary Range: earn up to 15,000-18,000 depending on experience
