We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated young individuals to join our team in an office position with the opportunity for growth and promotion to a sales role.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Handling incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
Supporting team members with various office-related tasks
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
As you demonstrate your capabilities and commitment to the role, you will have the chance to transition into a sales position after one year. This will involve actively engaging with customers, promoting our products/services, and closing deals to contribute to our sales targets and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in office admin, marketing, business, or communications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in using office software and tools
Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to deliver exceptional service
Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
