Job Descriptions:
Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Handle confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secured
Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks
Contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, Office Management, or any related field
At least have an experience as administrative secretary
Ability to accept and understand instructions
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
Outstanding communication and dealing abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
With integrity and always considering confidentiality
Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks, and workload
Willing to work at Pasay City
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
