Job Overview:
You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner. Asides from answering calls, filing, scanning, encoding, and printing are your main work.
Job Objectives:
To convey messages well either in writing or during calls.
To resolve queries via chat, email, or call.
To provide clerical support to Departments including office and administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day admin and clerical operations.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Keep documents and/or records organized.
Respond, monitor, and endorse calls to the proper departments.
Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications:
At least SHS graduate or College Level.
Must know how to use Excel, if possible at least basic functions.
Has the ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks properly and on time.
Relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work in Sto. Domingo Ave, Quezon City.
Summary of role requirements:
