Office Staff is responsible in providing sales and administrative support for the day to day operations of the office. S/he must ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The Office Staff reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office Staff performs a range of duties, including but not limited to:
Search & Contact new clients
Conduct sales/ client calls - onsite
Handle customer inquiries
Assist in sales & marketing events
Prepares and file the following documentation and reports
· Must have at least 1 year experience in similar position
· Must possess bachelor's/ college degree
· Must have basic accounting knowledge
· Candidate should not be more than 30 years old
· Willing to work in Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays 9-5pm
· Experience / interest in Automotive industry is an advantage
