Processes release of cargoes to consignees - receives BL and LOA; checks against Inbound Manifest; verifies with Cashier for approval of release; if approved for release, issues EIR OUT.
Issues delivery order and EIR for pier-pier and pier-door cargoes; issues cargo delivery receipts for pier-door and door-door cargoes;
Forwards incident and discrepancy reports of unmanifested /overlanded /shortlanded cargoes to Documentation / Port Operations.
ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Files all documents issued 2. Prepares transmittal documents for car keys, heavy equipment keys, LCL packing list, transit manifest of imported goods, Company materials, etc. REPORTS
