a. Installation Job Order
b. Biling and Invoice
c. Subcontractor's Purchase Order
d. Subcontractor's Billing
Prepare and handle confidential files and documents to ensure its upkeep
Handle telephone calls of superior, screen, and refer calls to the concerned party
Perform other administrative related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Graduate of any four (4) year college course
With background in Auto-CAD is an advantage
Should have at least 1 year of experience working in the same field
Must be computer literate and has a good working knowledge on various PC-based software
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Specialty Contractor 2 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
