JOB REQUIREMENT: GRADUATE OF ANY 4 YEAR COURSE MOST ESPECIALLY BUSINESS OR MEDICAL RELATED COURSES.
LOCATION: KAPITOLYO PASIG CITY
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for processing, encoding, Storing of Purchased Order from Private, Government, MDC, DR Promo, & Stocktaken orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily
Encoding of Private, Government, MDC, DR Promo & Stocktaken.
Attend to all Sales Presentative & Customer phone inquiries.
Encoding of Rush Bookings from Various Customers
Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Sorting extra copy of invoices
Encoding of initial stocking of customers
Encoding of TOSPRO reports
Occasionally (Audit, Emergency, Etc)
Printing of order form and PO for Private & Government Customer thru Viber and Email
Receive & Disseminate incoming mails
Attend meetings and seminars
Skills, Knowledge and Judgement
·· Systematic and organized
· Willing to work under pressure
· Computer Literate;
· Basic math/accounting, data analyzation, systematize, coordination
· Ability to accept and learn from corrections
· Flexibility to changes
· With good oral and written communication skills
· Hard working, fast learner and cooperative to everyone.
