You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner.
Job Objectives:
To convey messages well either in writing or during calls.
To resolve queries via chat, email, or call.
To provide clerical support to Departments including office and administrative support, communications support, and project management support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day admin and clerical operations.
Arrange and schedule appointments and other meetings.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Respond, monitor, and endorse calls to the proper departments.
Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications:
Graduate of any four-year business course.
Has data entry skills.
Has the ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks properly and on time.
Relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work in Pasay City.
