Process new application, changes, reinstatement and cancellation of insurance policies
Reviewing insurance applications to ensure all details are correct
Updating data on insurance policy changes
Attend to all clients and agents inquiries regarding insurance policy
Maintaining and organizing files of policies
Examine, process, calculate and pay client's insurance claims
Ensuring proper fillings, documentation and reports of insurance claims
Complying with company's procedures and policies in processing claims
Summary of role requirements:

No experience required for this role
