JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in assisting and servicing all sales agents in all transactions related to sales at the assigned satellite office in Laguna.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the recruitment activities of Branch Managers
Provides initial orientation to the newly accredited sellers
Provides regular basic training
Promotes the sellers' rewards and recognition program
Implements sales activities to increase sales capacity and contribution
Maintains constant communication with sellers
Ensures sellers' participation in company-sponsored activities
Responsible for information dissemination to keep sellers updated with sales activities, latest memos, an announcements
Assists in the sales processes to boost sales performance
Processes reservation sales
Monitors sellers' inventory of marketing collaterals
Provides support during the closing stage
Gives an after sales service
Minimum Educational Attainment: College Graduate
Course/s: Business Communications, Marketing or any related course
Years of Experience: at least 1-year working experience preferably in real estate, insurance or any finance business
