1. Prepares billing statements.
2. Compiles, submits information and suggests solutions about problem accounts
3. Ensures proper filing of documents for billing purposes and future references.
4. Prepares reports regarding billing updates.
5. Responsible for achieving billing targets.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in any course
2. Must have at least (1) year working experience relevant in billing
3. Must be keen to details
4. Must have strong communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
5. Must be analytical
6. Must have strong problem solving skills
7. Must be highly-organized
8. Must have a strong sense of ownership and can provide proactive measures on delinquent accounts
