- Function as office receptionist
- In-charge of all in and out of documents/items inside the office includes booking of Grab
or Lalamove or any delivery method such as LBC, J&T, ToGo and etc.
- Receives and relays messages in and out of the office
- Makes necessarily follow up to ensure that relayed messages are executed
- Develop and maintain a filing system in the office
- Arrange venue for various meetings including food choices
- Support and facilitate completion of regular reports of Operation Director
- Make and coordinate travel arrangements includes collating of needed documents
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
- Assist Collections Manager in scheduling and other concerns needed
- Perform tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
- Release checks to suppliers
